Queen Anne is both a neighborhood and geographic feature in Seattle, Washington. Located northwest of downtown Seattle the neighborhood sits upon the highest named hill in the city, with a maximum elevation of 456 feet.

Queen Anne “The hill” became a popular spot for the city's early economic elite to build their mansions, and the name Queen Anne itself is derived from the architectural style typical to many of these early homes.

Today, Queen Anne has approximately 19,000 households with a population of about 36,000. It is home to Seattle Pacific University and the Seattle Space Needle. Lower Queen Anne boasts a vibrant nightlife and is bordered by Belltown and Lake Union.
